Start Here - Your Free Discovery Call

This is your starting point to feeling like yourself again.  During this 30 minute call, we will discuss your current struggles and your future goals and see if The Fuel Your Mood program is the right fit for you.  

If you are ready to move forward,  then I will send you some paperwork and a few benchmark evaluations that will take you on a deep dive into your current mood and symptoms status.  These questionnaires help to create awareness as well as a benchmark for setting goals and tracking progress.

Initial Evaluation & Strategy Call

Once, I receive your completed questionnaires, we will set up your Initial Evaluation & Strategy Call.  This call usually lasts between 60 – 90 minutes, in which I will help to interpret your evaluations and help put some puzzle pieces together. By matching your current struggles, your goals and your recommendations, we will finish the meeting with a co-inspired plan that easily fits into your lifestyle.

Weekly Progress Check-Ins

Throughout your 3-month program, you will have access to weekly coaching sessions. During these sessions we will revisit your goals, evaluate your progress and troubleshoot through challenges and mindset blocks, so you will be able to keep the momentum, evolving through practice – not perfection.

Unlimited Chat Support

One of the unique highlights of your program is the amount of connection and support.  The reality of the commitment toward achieving a goal of working toward feeling better physically or mentally, is that it involves some type of change. Change can feel difficult and lonely, and many questions can arise as you fumble through the newness.  I will be there to provide you support to help guide you along the way.

Recipe Collections & Meal Plans

You will have access to the recipe collections curated for this program that contain delicious, nutrient-dense recipes that support a balanced mood and a healthy body.  These collections come with a meal plan template, should you want a more structured routine.  We will work together to find the right fit for you and your lifestyle.

Supplement Plan Recommendations

Based on the education you learn from your initial evaluation, you may find that certain supplements can be very helpful toward assisting your body to achieve the  balance you are desiring.  I will provide assistance and education regarding  recommendations, so you can be as informed as possible should you decide to add them to your routine.  

Unlimited Food & Mood Evaluations

Keeping a log of how your body responds to food is one of the most beneficial self-assessment tools you can use.  It gives you a deeper understanding  of your relationship with the foods you eat….or don’t eat.  Within your program, you will always have access to get more coaching with this tool whenever you feel you want or need more guidance and clarity.

Aligned Resources

Between coaching calls you will have access to various resources that can provide you with more education and guidance through your program as well as app-based tools that can help you to stay on track.

Client-centered health coaching allows the client to take the reigns, and  to feel empowered through their own transformative journey.. I act as a supportive guide, facilitating the client’s self-discovery and helping you to make informed decisions about your health.

We will work together to help you prioritize and set clear, achievable goals. This process is vital for you to establish clear goals, so you can track your progress and celebrate your success.. As your coach, I will help you to define realistic and measurable objectives that align with your overall health and wellness aspirations.
